I arrived and they have not my reservation through your system. Hopefully they had rooms available otherwise we would have a big trouble. What happen there? I would like to work with you in the future but not this way. Please reply.

the hotel exceeded expectations, with well-maintained rooms, a nice restaurant, and a friendly staff. it was a perfect location near the beach, and the breakfast options were great. the view from the spacious balcony was beautiful and made for a romantic trip.

Quaint hotel, stunning views and location is easy not far from the residential areas, and the restaurants and shops in town. You can have pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Offers good service and good food. What is useful, free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

The room was great-sized with a balcony, everything was excellent. The position was absolutely perfect and nice, restaurants and bars are close to the hotel.

Hotel Olas in Bocas del Toro is a great place for sightseeing and exploring the area. Located right downtown, it is only a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast served here is delicious, especially the pancakes and eggs. We loved having a spacious balcony where we could admire the view. This is definitely the best hostel we have ever stayed in.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while transiting through town. The location was perfect, right on the water with stunning ocean views. The room was large and clean, with good facilities and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a delightful open-air lounge area. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk from the airport and away from the noise of the town.

The hotel had a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The views from the terraces were lovely, especially overlooking the sea. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Stunning waterfront location with a great bar providing complimentary breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about the area. the rooms were adequately spacious and well-presented, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

The hotel is not well soundproofed and the noise from other guests can be heard easily. the hotel is located in a residential area that can seem like a hike from the downtown area.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location just four short blocks from the water taxi and in front of the police station is convenient for exploring the town. The staff provides great service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace with a great view of the sea, make for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which is included and served with a nice view, is a delightful start to the day.

We were kinda surprised by the amazing view from our balcony. Watching the boats pass by and the beautiful sunset was amazing. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the fun water ski sport offered by the hotel. we would definitely recommend this hotel.
